The sassy singer looked cool and casual in a white vest, blue jeans and black Chuck Taylor All Stars as she strolled up the street nonchalantly.
And it sounds like Willow scored a huge payday with her hit song ?Whip My Hair?- she has landed on People magazine?s Richest Teens List.
Smith snagged a cool $4 million over the past year, landing her just behind her brother Jaden ($5 million). The top earners were Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Taylor Lautner.
