As they continue to battle over custody issues, Halle Berry had a successful day in court on Friday (August 26).
The ?Catwoman? actress and her ex-beau, Gabriel Aubry, and their lawyers stood before the family law judge in Los Angeles to discuss custody of their shared daughter, Nahla.
Apparently, the couple has been arguing about how much time Gabriel gets to spend with his daughter while Halle shoots a movie.
According to TMZ, the judge went with Halle?s interpretation of the ?movie clause,? giving Aubry less time with Nahla.
