Gwyneth Paltrow is one hot momma -- and she's not afraid to show it. The Oscar-winning actress, singer, cookbook author and mother of two shows off her flawless bod in a topless photo for the On Jewellery calendar in Vanity Fair's August issue.
In the photo, Paltrow struts her stuff in naught but fishnet stockings and Louis Vuitton jewelry, tastefull covering up her R-rated bits with a couple of strategically positioned arms. Looking at Gwyneth's stunning figure, it's hard to believe she's 38 and has had two kids (daughter Apple, 7, and son Moses, 5)!
Well, perhaps it's not too hard to believe. Paltrow has been very open about her healthy diet and workout regimen. And now that she has her own cookbook and a weekly GOOP newsletter to offer readers advice, she's practically a lifestyle guru.
But even though Gwyneth seems like a superwoman, she does admit that juggling motherhood, a career and everything else she does -- including looking that good can sometimes get to her. "I have never been very good at handling stress (though a bit of meditation helps)," she writes in this week's edition of GOOP. She then proceeds to offer tips on how to banish all that pent-up tension. "Breathing is a beautiful and pure way of bringing yourself back into the moment," she writes, "to not only push the play button again, but to refocus your energy."
That's important because Paltrow needs to harnesses every bit of that energy for her rigorous workout routine. "It is just sheer determination," she says of powering through a workout. "I'm very strict with myself. When I practice six days a week and eat clean food, I feel much better."
Judging from the Vanity Fair photo, all of that "sheer determination" has clearly paid off.
